Loyalty Rewards Program Everytime you complete 20 hours of tutoring within the same school year, we give you back $40 in tutoring credits, bringing the hourly rate down to $46/hour for the online service. These credits are nonrefundable and can only be used on School Success' tutoring services. **The Loyalty Rewards Program is available only for those who pay by Direct Withdrawal from your bank account**
Payments by direct withdrawal allow you to schedule your appointments and pay only after they are completed. Payments are processed every 14 days for the full amount of your account balance. If you choose this option, you need to enter your bank account number in the check illustration below. **By choosing direct withdrawal, you are automatically registered to the Loyalty Rewards Program**
I/we authorize School Success Inc., and the financial institution designated (or any other financial institution I/We may authorize at any time) to begin deductions as per my/our instructions for monthly regular recurring payments and/or one-time payments from time to time, for payment of all charges arising under my/our School Success account(s). Regular bi-monthly payments for the full amount of services delivered will be debited to my/our specified account every 14 days. School Success inc. will not provide any written notice of the amount of each regular debit, but I/we can be informed of the amount by accessing School Success inc online Intranet. School Success inc. will obtain my/our authorization for any other one-time or sporadic debits.
This authority is to remain in effect until School Success Inc. has received written notification from me/us of its change or termination. This notification must be received at least two (2) business days before the next debit is scheduled at the email above. I/We may obtain a sample cancellation form, or more information on my/our right to cancel a PAD Agreement at my/our financial institution or by visiting www.cdnpay.ca.
School Success may not assign this authorization, whether directly or indirectly, by operation of law, change of control or otherwise, without providing at least 10 days prior written notice to me/us.
I/we have certain recourse rights if any debit does not comply with this agreement. For example, I/we have the right to receive reimbursement for any PAD that is not authorized or is not consistent with this PAD Agreement. To obtain a form for a Reimbursement Claim, or for more information on my/our recourse rights, I/we may contact my/our financial institution or visit www.cdnpay.ca.
Payments by credit card allow you to schedule your appointments and pay only after they are completed. For this reason, we prefer to entrust the processing of your credit card information to our service provider Bambora, an industry leader in secure online payment solutions. After sending this form, you will be redirected to a secure form hosted directly by Bambora where you can enter your information with complete peace of mind. As this is the creation of a recurring payment profile, an amount of $ 0.50 will be pre-authorized on your credit card in order to validate the card information. There is usually a 2-3 week delay for canceling the $ 0.50 pre-authorization. This is not a transaction and we do not debit this amount from your card. If you have to pay registration fees, the full amount will be debited from your credit card. At the end of the process, you will be redirected again to the School Success website.
When paying by check you must pay the registration fees as well as your first appointment BEFORE School Success begins to search for a tutor for your child. Please note that you can't give the payment directly to the tutor.
